Week 1 (6/1/2022) Tasks

1. Recommend 3 Professional Motion Graphics on blog with Rationales & Inspirations.
2. Install After Effects & Illustration.

I like the color scheme used in this motion graphic. The animation is smooth like butter, and it has really satisfying transitions. The video looks professional and I love the way the people are designed. If I were to take inspiration from this, it'd definitely be from the way the people are portrayed/designed, and the transitions.

This motion graphic uses simple movements and animations. I like this personally as it makes it easier to focus on the video and keep me from being distracted by the movements, this helps to register the information in the video into my brain. If I were to take inspiration from this, it'd be the simple animations that get the point across and yet keeps the viewer engaged without being distracted.

I love the way they used the animation as a form of visualizing an example. Everything looks professional, and clean. If I were to take inspiration from this, it'd be the simple clean look in this video.

1. Full Kinetic Typography lyrical video of chosen song.

Of which we chose P!NK's song; So What. I combined everyone's individually animated lyrics and created the final outcome.

Instructions:

1. We were assigned charts to create motion animations out of. I was Tasked with Chart B, which was Pie Chart.
