INSTRUCTIONS

Week 1 (3/1/2022)

During this week, on Monday (3/1/2022), my group members and I all had a meeting in Microsoft Teams, where we voted on what topic we would like to do. 

These were our meeting minutes:

The majority of the votes went to 'Gaming Culture.' I then tasked everyone to do their own individual research into the topic. I gave no restrictions, that they could research anything they wanted. On Wednesday (5/1/2022), we had a consultation with Ms. Anis, our lecturer, and we went over our own findings.

The individual researched served as a stepping stone to narrowing our topic and helped in coming up with ideas that (in my opinion), are much more interesting than if we had thought of a topic from the get-go. With the help of Ms. Anis, we decided on running with the concept of the 'Safe Haven' concept that so many of those in the gaming culture are in, subconsciously or not. 

Week 2 (10/1/2022)

This week was a mess at the start, having to deal with an unruly team member who had done nothing but cause a lot of trouble with his shenanigans, during the first and second week. Fortunately, he vetoed himself from the group and everything has been a lot more peaceful. This is why a name disappears from the rest of the documents moving forward. 

Using our individual research from Week 1, topics were given to each group member. Topics of which we were to tie the 'safe haven' concept to.

On Wednesday (12/1/2022), we had another meeting in which we shared each of our findings and research. We then started on the proposal slides, and started generating ideas.

We finalized the proposal slides, recorded it, and discussed the output;

Good proposal. Some comments:

1- Research Question 1 - How can we create/simulate the safe haven concept for the viewer with our projects?

2- Best ideas: Project idea 1, 2 and 5 - Execution wise and resource capacity
