INSTRUCTIONS

Week 3 (18/1/2022)

During this week, I chose the video I will be working with, I then broke down the recipe;

I then did some research and looked for inspiration and references;

Week 4 (25/2/2022)

I sketched my infographic and took inspiration from the references wound in Week 3, with the black boxes being use to visualize where the text would go and what their size would be;

Granny Irma used a two layer pot in the video, of which I assumed the top layer was a steamer, she also mentions that one of her previous jobs was the chef at a ship's construction site, of which I added, on the right.

Week 5 (1/2/2022)

During this week, I finished up the infographic, and created a few variations of it;

Fig 4.2 ; Second variation of infographic (5/2/2022)

Fig 4.3 ; Third variation of infographic (5/2/2022)

Fig 4.4 ; Fourth variation of infographic (5/2/2022)

Receiving feedback from my mother and my own opinion, I decided that I liked Fig 4.2 the most. This was the infographic I sent to Ms. Anis for feedback.

After receiving feedback from Ms. Anis and my mother, I made changes to the infographic and created the final outcome;

FEEDBACK

Week 5 (1/2/2022)

My mother said that the way I had written the recipe breakdown in Fig 1.2 had issues so she sat me down for an hour and I had a crash course on cooking. She also said she liked Fig 4.2 the most out of all the variations.

Ms. Anis saw Fig 4.2, and she had pointed out that the lineart was too black/dark. So I lightened it in Fig 4.6, along with giving the title some color to reduce the 'blackness.'
